cx is an operations assistant for Amazon sellers. Checking the market, comparing competitors, organising spreadsheets, working out profit or writing a weekly report takes a single instruction. On its own computer in the cloud, cx gets the data, does the calculations and writes up the results, then puts its conclusions in the chat along with the data sources and how up to date the data is. ComChatX can connect to many data sources, from the market and products to your own store, and the more complete the data, the more cx can do.

No, it is not required. ComChatX can connect to many data sources, so you can get a wide range of market and product data without connecting a store. With your store connected, cx reads your own orders, inventory and settlements, so the data is more precise and the analysis is specific to your listings and inventory. Within the permissions you grant, cx can also carry out operations in your store directly on your behalf. Store connections are provided as plugins, and each store is authorised separately.
Conversations, the files you upload and the files cx makes belong to you. They are kept on cx's computer, which is dedicated to you, and in our storage. They are used only to provide the service to you, not to train models. We keep a copy of any data you have bought.
You choose the model. By default, ComChatX offers leading models from several vendors, paid from your balance as you use them. You can also connect your own ChatGPT or Claude subscription, or your own API key, in which case the model's vendor bills you directly. Connecting your own subscription or key requires your account to be on trial or on Pro.
