Usage policy
In effect from 31 October 2026
What ComChatX is for
ComChatX is for running your own Amazon store: looking up data, analysing it, writing listings and organising files. cx's computer can reach the public internet so that cx can do things for you; it is not a general-purpose server.
What not to do
Do not use ComChatX or cx's computer to: attack, scan or break into any system; send spam or bulk messages; scrape websites at scale or against their own rules; mine cryptocurrency; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; break the law; or get around our limits, for example by signing up several accounts for more trial or invitation credit.
Data from data sources
Data you get through a data source (such as Keepa or Amazon) is for running your own business only; do not resell or republish it, and follow that source's own terms.
Limits
To protect the platform and other people, cx's computer cannot reach the platform's internal or private network addresses, and its port 25 is closed.
If the policy is broken
When we find use that breaks this policy we may stop the computer involved, limit or close the account, and where needed keep the balance. If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected].
